Membership Agreement
Effective Date: April 22, 2026 | Last Revised: April 22, 2026
Welcome. By creating an account on this platform and checking the acceptance box, you are entering into a private contract with THE BABYSTEPS FOUNDATION — a Private Membership Association organized under the common law of the State of New Hampshire. Read this before you proceed. It is short. It is plain. It matters.
Notice of No Liability
⚠ READ THIS FIRST
BabySteps Foundation and its principals, members, contributors, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any action, decision, filing, proceeding, or consequence arising from or related to the use of this platform, this community, or any information, material, instrument, course, or content contained within it. Nothing here constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or advice of any professional kind. No attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or advisory relationship of any kind is created by reading Foundation materials, joining the BabySteps community, or any interaction with BabySteps Foundation or its members.
The reader is solely and entirely responsible for any action they take or choose not to take. The Foundation gives knowledge. The choice belongs to the reader. The consequences of that choice belong to the reader.
By creating an account and checking the acceptance box, you acknowledge and accept these terms fully.
⚠ WARNING — NOT LEGAL ADVICE
This platform and its content are not legal advice. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship, constitutes a legal opinion, or should be relied upon as the basis for any legal action. Laws and procedures vary by jurisdiction. No guarantee of any outcome is made or implied — and that is as it should be. There are no guarantees in life. Not from a lawyer, not from a doctor, not from a mechanic, not from this community. The choice of what to do with what you learn here belongs entirely to you.
⚠ WARNING — YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

The Foundation gives knowledge. The choice belongs to the reader. The consequences of that choice belong to the reader. By accessing this platform you acknowledge and accept these terms fully.
1. What This Foundation Is
THE BABYSTEPS FOUNDATION is a private educational foundation. Its mission is simple: the betterment of humanity through enlightenment, edification, and education. Stand Up. Walk.
We are not a public business. We are not a corporation. We are not a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We carry no IRS designation and require none. We are a private membership association, organized under the common law of the State of New Hampshire. Every person who joins does so voluntarily, by private contract, for their own educational benefit.
The charitable act is the gift of this work and this community, freely given. No one is steering you toward paid services. No one is profiting from your urgency. The choice is yours, made in your own time, from your own understanding.
2. No Supervision of Third Parties
BabySteps Foundation does not supervise, endorse, recommend, or accept responsibility for any third party, advisor, community member, or practitioner the member may encounter through this platform or community. Any guidance sought from community members at babystepsfilm.com/portal is sought at the member’s own discretion and risk. Community members are private individuals sharing their own experience and study — they are not agents, employees, or representatives of the Foundation.
3. What You Are Agreeing To
By checking the box, you agree to the following:
- You are voluntarily joining THE BABYSTEPS FOUNDATION as a private member.
- Your membership is governed by the Foundation’s Articles of Organization, Articles of Association, and these Terms — not by public commercial law.
- You will use Foundation content for your own private educational purposes only.
- You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell Foundation content without written permission from the Director.
- You will not disclose the identity or information of other members to third parties.
- You are solely and entirely responsible for your own decisions regarding any use you make of Foundation educational materials.
- You acknowledge that laws vary by jurisdiction, that no outcome is guaranteed, and that the Foundation makes no representation that any material will be effective in your particular circumstances.
4. What This Foundation Is Not
Everything here is for educational and edification purposes only. Nothing the Foundation produces or communicates is legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or professional advice of any kind. We are not lawyers. We are not your lawyers. No attorney-client relationship is created by your membership, by reading Foundation materials, or by any interaction with this community.
Laws vary by jurisdiction. They change. Your circumstances are your own. If you need legal or professional guidance, consult a licensed professional in your state.
A word on those who profit from fear and vulnerability. There is an offense on the books called barratry — the deliberate stirring up of litigation for personal gain. This Foundation is not that. No one here is paid to create urgency in you. No one is profiting from the worst moments of your life. The guidance this community offers is the support of people who have studied this material and walked parts of this path — not institutional representation that carries its own complications.
5. On Legal Representation
An attorney appearing on your behalf in a court proceeding appears as an officer of that court. That appearance carries the court’s jurisdiction with it. In the equity framework this Foundation’s educational materials describe, that jurisdictional attachment may alter the character of a private equity proceeding. This is not a warning against consulting attorneys — it is information that the Foundation’s educational materials provide so that members can make informed decisions about the nature and structure of any proceeding they choose to pursue. The decision is yours.
6. Intellectual Property
All Foundation content — books, courses, instruments, templates, community posts authored by Foundation staff, and all other materials — is the property of THE BABYSTEPS FOUNDATION TRUST. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own private education. That is it. Nothing more is granted.
7. Community Conduct
This is a private community. Treat it that way. The following will result in immediate termination of membership:
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward any member or Foundation personnel.
- Reproducing or distributing Foundation content without permission.
- Misrepresenting Foundation educational materials as legal, financial, or professional advice.
- Disclosing other members’ identities or information to third parties.
- Any conduct that damages the private character of this Association.
- Profiting commercially from Foundation materials without written authorization.
8. Privacy
The Foundation respects your privacy. Your information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate this platform. You agree to extend the same respect to other members.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Foundation, the Trust, the Director, staff, and all Foundation personnel and community members are not liable for any action, decision, filing, proceeding, or consequence arising from your use of Foundation educational materials or this platform. The Foundation’s total contractual liability to you shall not exceed the amount of membership fees you have paid in the preceding twelve months.
10. Disputes
If you have a dispute with the Foundation, contact us first at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved by direct communication. If not resolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of New Hampshire. New Hampshire common law governs this agreement.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify members of material changes on this platform. If you continue using your account after a change is posted, you have accepted it. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel your membership.
